Growing up in the Gulf area, Mourad finished his education and worked as a professional engineer before pursuing a career in real estate. He attributes much of his success in engineering to constantly "evolving and being diligent" and has used that same principle as a real estate professional by being diligent and evolving his service to serve his clients to his best.

Mourad received his real estate license in 2004. Together with his wife Mayar, Mourad focused on redefining industry standards of quality by pushing the boundaries of exceptional service. Mourad is happily married to Mayar Jindy, Co-Founder of Bonnatera Realty. Together, they strive to lead Bonnatera Realty to world-class success. He is passionate about developing the business and team and is constantly learning. Mourad enjoys being a father and spending time with their two girls.
